TURF EQUIPMENT Mobile Technician for Golf Industry.

Must have experience working on turf equipment. Commercial mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and golf industry specific equipment.

GlobalTurf is an owner operated company based out of Tampa, Florida with 20 years of success in the Turf Equipment Industry. Our aim is to have the best service in our industry, so we need to hire the best technicians.

Due to significant growth and expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Road Technicians based out of Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the GlobalTurf team and help champion the golf, sports turf, and turf management industry.

Your primary role will be to service GlobalTurf Equipment along with our manufacturing partners including Jacobsen, Cushman, Trimax, Steiner, Smith Co, EZGO, and more. Our focus is on various target markets, including municipalities, golf courses, sport fields, and others, by effectively engaging with these markets. You will receive a company truck and asked to represent us in the field with our most valuable customers. Communication skills will be essential along with strong turf equipment mechanical skills.

FLORIDA: Road Technician in Turf Equipment Industry

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to customer needs. Our road techs will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service/parts activities.

Responsibilities:

• Your new Ford F150 will be used to service your given Florida territory. Pulling a trailer maybe required at times as well.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
